Customers are responsible for all return shipping and exchange shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

A full refund will be processed once Gearonimo Sports receives and inspects the returned package.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Gear with safety components (helmets, harnesses, avalanche gear, etc.) cannot be returned once used or worn.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit

Shipping
We value every order and do our best to get it shipped out as quickly as possible
Every order ships within one business day. If you place your order before 12pm Mountain Time from Monday to saturday, it will ship the same day. Otherwise, it will be sent out the following monday. If you miss the cut-off and require same-day shipping, please call us at 719-930-2026 to expedite your order through our queue.
